MCGA at a Glance
Mount Carmel Guild Academy, a private school for students with disabilities, focuses on providing students with opportunities to develop and improve their performance in the areas of academics, behavior and vocational preparation. The student population, which ranges in age from 3 through 21, comes from several sending districts. Students have special education classifications of emotionally disturbed, multiply handicapped and autistic. In addition to the broad range of academic offerings, related services are provided to students whose IEPs require the additional services of Counseling, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy .
